Another UFUDU Success Story On Site Office up in 42 Days

One such success story is a recently completed project in Lilayi on the outskirts of Lusaka, Zambia’s capital. Our client, City Investments Zambia, required an office building to be constructed in the shortest amount of time to be used as a real estate office for a new suburb they are currently developing.

They needed the building to up and running as soon as possible, but they also needed it to look professional and be functional as a quality real estate office.

Thanks to over 40 years of experience in our chosen industry, we were able to consider and overcome all of the challenges involved in this project before delivering and installing a custom-made prefabricated site office that perfectly fit the description and specifications of what City Investments Zambia needed.

We used our Ufudu Cabin product which comprised of 29 individual units to form a 420 square metre double storey building, which we were able to erect within 42 days, far exceeding the expectations of the client in terms of time taken to have the office built and ready.

The unit had full glass walls on two aspects, as well as a light steel-trussed pitched roof, a fully integrated data network; 12mm laminated wooden flooring throughout the office, LED lighting throughout the building, airconditioning, ablution facilities and board rooms, providing a fully-functional open plan office space that the company could use to carry out their real estate operations.

Chris Miller of City Investments Zambia was pleased with the project that UFUDU was able to complete in record time, and expressed his delight at the timeous nature of the construction, as well as the quality of the end-product. “Our building has worked out as well as I could have hoped.
